A Message From June Howe:

I presided over a very important meeting for Vanguard National Mortgage and Title, Inc. at Park City Club on July 24, 2003.  Michael Knight, Founder and CEO of Vanguard ( www.vanguardco.com ), was our generous host and one of the outstanding speakers.  Another distinguished speaker is Phil T. Wells, Executive Vice President of the Title Insurance Company of America.  Over 20 local mortgage or real estate business owners or their personal representatives attended this meeting.  Some of you missed it because you did not receive an invitation sent through emails.  On behalf of Vanguard and TICA, I do apologize for it.  

Ebby Halliday, founder and Chairman of Ebby Halliday Realtors ( www.ebbyhalliday.com ), was our Guest of Honor.  Also present were Tom Parker, President of the Lending Partners, and Sandra Ehlert, CRP, Vice President of Global Relocation Services, representing Virginia Cook ( www.virginiacook.com )and Barbara Mager, Granite Mortgage Corporation.  I am sorry that I could not mention you all; however, I will have pictures to be posted for those who stayed after the meeting.  I’d  like you know that the beautiful flower arrangement I received from Vanguard went to a very gracious lady who was held up for the day – Kimberly Poston, founder of Adleta & Poston ( www.adletaposton.com ), and she loved it.

At this meeting, Mike introduced his Business Concept and Model, which the participants considered as the best they have ever heard.  Mike’s innovative Business Concept and Model has given him both professional visibility and the opportunity to form strategic partnerships with other industry partners in the nation.  He discussed how an Affiliated Business Arrangement (ABA) brought fast growth for Vanguard’s mortgage and title business.  If you would like to learn more about it, send an email to Mike at mgk@vanguardco.com.  You will be surprised how fast he could respond to your inquiries.  Tell Mike that I said “hello.”
